Well, since you asked..... My name is Michael. I'm a husband, a dad of two and a proud denizen of wonderful Sonoma County, California.
My professional background is a wide-ranging mix including being an English as a Second Language teacher (in the US, UK and Spain), commercial winemaker (Russian River Pinot all the way!), projectionist in an art deco movie theater, winery brand manager and, yes, photographer.
I provide carefully crafted individual and group portraits, and also document busy workplace and event environments for websites, newspaper/magazine and publicity purposes.
For a limited time I'm offering low-cost photo sessions for subjects (family/group and individual portraits, events, workplaces) pretty much anywhere here in Sonoma County.
I am great at putting people - including kids (I'm a dad and a teacher!) - at ease and capturing the true characters of those in front of the lens.
